Your Sicily Story Awaits: An Invitation to a Cultural Fairytale
What if you could step into a world where ancient history meets vibrant local life? A place where the aroma of lemon groves mingles with the taste of sun-ripened tomatoes? Join us for an escorted tour designed not just to visit Sicily, but to awaken your senses and write your own story on this magnificent island.
This unique journey is the result of a passion project led by our founder, Fabrizio, and our expert local guide, Chiara. Their collaboration was built on a shared commitment to authentic, sustainable travel. While Fabrizio was on the ground discovering hidden corners, Chiara, with her deep roots in Sicilian culture, helped to meticulously craft every detail, ensuring the itinerary directly supports the small businesses, artisans, and local producers who are the true heart of the island.
You’ll wander the bustling markets of Palermo, stand in awe of the breathtaking beauty of Erice, and feel the sea breeze in the Zingaro Nature Reserve. As the journey unfolds, you’ll be transported to the elegant charm of Taormina, where history and stunning views create an unforgettable atmosphere.
Our thoughtfully chosen accommodations are an essential part of this story.
We’ve arranged strategic stays in the pulsating heart of cities like Palermo and Trapani, placing you just steps away from historic streets and allowing you to explore their vibrant culture entirely on foot. This is balanced with peaceful nights in authentic agriturismi nestled in the serene Sicilian countryside, providing moments to unwind and recharge after a day of discovery.
This is more than a tour; it’s an invitation to feel, taste, and experience the island’s authentic magic while investing directly in the communities that preserve it. Come, discover the Sicily you’ve always dreamed of.

Yes, Fabrizio will be happy to guide you for the first 5 days of the tour to let you discover his Abruzzo although there may always be some unforeseen event that may make it necessary to replace Fabrizio with another experienced and trusted Abruzzese guide who has worked with Fabrizio for many years. In Puglia there will be Katia, an enthusiastic local guide who share our philosophy and we prefer to have people that love and know everything (or almost) about their region just like Fabrizio does for Abruzzo. It’s best to have the knowledge of a local to appreciate all that is local. Rest assured that we designed the tour together and Fabrizio has personally met the local suppliers to make sure they share Italia Sweet Italia’s philosophy and style to create new and unique trips to support small local businesses and sustainable tourism.
