- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Onion
- Homemade Passata
- Tagliatelle pasta
Cooking time: about 15 minutes. (Wow! Quick & easy)
Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a saucepan. Add the chopped onion, the asparagus and a pinch of salt.
Sauté until golden-brown and then add the tomato sauce. Cook until the sauce thickens, around 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the Tagliatelle in a large saucepan of lightly salted water, until “al dente”.
Drain well the pasta and then add the Asparagus sauce.
Transfer the pasta into serving plates.
Sprinkle with some crushed chili pepper..if you like it hot!
