There is a way of traveling that doesn’t follow the crowds, but instead follows the rhythm of the seasons, everyday gestures, and the people who truly live in these places.
For many of our guests, the desire is always the same: to find an authentic Italy, far from the beaten path.
An Italy that you don’t just visit, but truly live. Many of our guests choose to combine multiple regions, allowing themselves more time to slow down, settle in, and experience Italy more deeply.
Today, we’ve made that journey even more complete.
We have created a natural bridge between Abruzzo and Le Marche region, with tour dates in both regions specifically designed to flow seamlessly into one another.

You arrive in Italy and, almost without realizing it, enter a fluid itinerary where every moment has its time and every place finds its space.
Abruzzo: becoming part of the story
The journey could begin in Vasto, my beloved hometown.
Here, everything is simpler and more direct. We travel in small groups, which allows us to truly get to know one another. Often, it takes only a few hours for a group of strangers to feel more like a small family.
The days flow without rush. We gather in the kitchen, where recipes are never just instructions, but stories passed down through generations.
Kneading pasta alla chitarra with my mother, Mamma Anna Maria, or my cousin Rosa means entering a world of ancient gestures, spontaneous laughter, and flavors that need no explanation.
Then there is the sea, an ever-present companion. One of the most enduring memories for many of our guests is lunch on a trabocco, a traditional wooden fishing structure perched over the Adriatic. Time slows as you savor dishes while the sound of the waves accompanies every course.
But Abruzzo offers even more. The region boasts incredible diversity: from sparkling blue beaches to mountain peaks and national parks, it’s called the greenest region in Europe, with wildlife and scenery that seem untouched by time.
Some days are dedicated to nature walks along the coast or mountains, discovering villages like Scanno or Roccascalegna, paused between earth and sky.
And for some guests, Abruzzo becomes deeply personal: walking the streets of ancestral villages, tasting local olive oils or joining a seasonal grape harvest, experiences that turn a vacation into a connection with history, identity, and community.
Toward Le Marche: The Story Continues
And then, almost without noticing it, the journey moves forward. We leave Vasto following the line of the Adriatic coast.
The drive is pleasant and unhurried. It isn’t just a transfer; it’s a continuation. The landscape changes slowly, the mountains recede, the hills become softer, and the light takes on a new quality.
Le Marche: Elegance, Harmony, and Detail
In Fano, our base in Le Marche, everything appears more composed, yet no less authentic.
Here, beauty reveals itself in the details. We visit artisan workshops where time seems to have stood still, observing the expert hands of those working with ceramics, lace or local craftsmanship, a reflection of the hidden artistic treasures.
Days in Le Marche include experiences rooted in the land and its rhythms. We enter the woods for truffle hunting with expert guides and dogs, following the scents of earth and forest.
Wineries in the rolling hills produce Verdicchio and other varietals that speak of terroir and slow, patient artistry.
The culinary journey continues with flavors deeply rooted in tradition: from the seafood richness of Moretta Fanese to brodetto and other maritime specialties, connecting coastal communities across regions.
And then there are the towns, from the Renaissance elegance of Urbino to the enchantment of Ascoli Piceno, where cobblestone streets, historic piazzas, and rich culinary traditions unfold like chapters in a novel.
In Fano, aimless walks often end in a lively piazza with gelato in hand, soaking up the relaxed local rhythm.
A Journey that flows without interruption
What makes this combined journey special is not just what you see, but how you experience it.
Our tours dates are carefully coordinated to connect naturally.
Even the travel becomes part of the story. Day by day, a sense of familiarity grows with the places, the people, and the rhythm of life.
One Journey, A Thousand Shades
Uniting Abruzzo and Le Marche means crossing two different ways of being Italian without ever feeling separate.
On one side, strength of tradition, bond with the land, and authentic simplicity.
On the other, elegance of detail, harmony of the landscape, and a quieter beauty.
In between is what truly matters: the people, the encounters, and the shared moments.
This is not a journey made of stops, but of experiences that intertwine. It is not something you merely visit; it is something you live.
